Hi Danny!
I have a short question: You defined a 12 bit DAC and used 4095 for peak value.is this the highest output value from DAC? And how much is it?

I never did test both at the same time. One of the DAC outputs stopped working.

Queation: Will it be too difficult to start with Arduino Due? I am considering Due over the Arduino Uno as my first board. The Due has more features but will learning be way harder? What does the Uno have what the Due don´t? The DUE does not have an EEPROM, but Uno has 1. Will I miss that for e.g.? Will Due be harder to learn from the beginning or is it like an Arduino Uno PLUS the extras?

Sorry, i´m new using Arduino.
Could you please explain to me the diference of DAC ports od DUE and PWM ports ? The only advantange is the resolution DAC(12 bits) x PWM(8 bits)?

Hello Danny,
Thanks for sharing!
I have a few questions about the sine wave thats produced by your project.
I'm new to all this so apologies if these like silly questions.

Does it create a true accurate sine wave as per:
1) Does it have a resolution of at least 30Hz steps in between the ranges of 20kHz to 30kHz?
2) Does the amplitude of the sine wave not vary or have little variation as the frequency is changed between 20 - 30kHz?
3) Does it maintain the frequency over a good period of time or does the frequency fluctuate?
4) You mention you need to apply a filter to clean the wave up, how would I do this?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Hi Danny,

Did you try to use both dacs at the same time?
How is the speed?

Is it possible to generate a 1Hz sin wave using this setup?

can you generate a 10kHz or 100kHz sine wave?
