Adafruit have ESP32 S3 with OLED display and 4 MByte PSRAM along with all the features you mention for 20 usd or euros.

$6 Pico W, $7 ESP32 board or $21 Arduino Nano ESP32...? Not a drop in Nano replacement for some applications with 3.3 volt pins. At least the R4 has 5 volt I/O pins.
