Excellent video. At 00:58 of the video, you mentioned that "serrated finish" is used for "non metallic gasket". But spiral wound gasket (metallic gasket) is used with serrated finish and you mentioned that metallic gaskets require smooth finish.
Would you kindly clarify it please?

Regarding spec break ...valve should always in higher spec so that upstream valve conditions i e pressure and temperature can be sustained

In one of the Interview question videos, it was told that Seamless pipes are used upto 18", but in this video it is 16"?

In difference between pipe and tube, it was mentioned that pipe has constant OD but the tube has constant od with thickness mentioned in bmg. For pipe the OD never matches the called pipe in inches until above or equal to 12”. Please correct me if wrong.

Formula for pipe thickness is wrong please correct it tm=PD/2(SEW+PY)/(1-mt/100)+C is latest one in your formula w is not there
