"You have to really put the customer first" is what they all say, but what they really do is take advantage of mental weaknesses- and naivity of average people who all want success the easy way when there is rarely such a thing - people who'd rather pretend that all the unhealthy chemicals in fitness bars are not there (easy way) than to hit the gym and eat natural foods (hard way). Casinos are a perfect- and most transparent example of that: they pamper you and "put you first" all the way till you get broke. My local gym, which is a giant chain like most gyms in the west are nowdays, also "put their customers first": they advertise how they will get you fit in record time, but in the lobby they serve you bear claw because they know you are stupid- and mentally weak enough to accept the 'reward' for a 'successful' workout session, that you've just annulled by eating that shit. In addition they sell a lot of other unhealthy garbage in the reception, so fat people can continue falling for the same traps they've been falling for all their lifes and continue buying private workout sessions at idiotic prices and continue getting nowhere. You see how it works? They always put you first ;)

Having an idea is different than for real implementing it. After implementing next challenge is to maintain it and to grow it. Currently I am just struggling to start my own business, as I am alone in this thing and its really not easy. Thanks for sharing your experience! This video is really motivating.

This interview has got my head spinning. I can now really see the meaning of marketing and putting customers first. The guy talks like he's really out to make some decent food and give people something better. And that's just it - you only have to appear to be interested, that's the marketing. Otherwise their products are more of the same rubbish - GMO corn cooked up (creating acrylamides that are carcinogenic), they use Sucralose, so watch out for DNA damage, liver damage and loss of gut bacteria. They use the word protein, as though that's enough. But they don't say which amino acids are present so it's probably very poor. You don't see any organic ingredients and so on. They've proved that the product can be the usual rubbish, just present yourselves as caring and hey presto, you're rich. I love it and I'm going to use this (although I'm not going to be poisoning my customers).

His story of “I quit cause I wasn’t fulfilled” is total horse$hit but I’m sure it helps drive sales. He’s a big successful salesman
