Whoever is facing baby blues, remember it's all going to go away, it's all woth it in the long run. Just hang in there and try to focus on getting sleep after baby duties, everything else comes later. Most of all pray to God for strength, patience, compassion & mercy for your little one. Even 30 minutes sleep will give you an energy for 6hrs, that's how much God will bless you with strength. When babies become teenagers, they love spending time alone and with their friends, you will miss their baby phase but it will never come back

It's not just women who are affected men can also get postpartum depression as well.

I think the major cause behind this is sleep deprivation. Medicines make your drowsy but the baby wakes up every 2-3 hours and you have to wake up.

One doubt.. Is this postpartum depression a new word? Did our mothers and grandmothers have this depression too???🤔🤔🤔🤔
