Liam Payne's Cause of Death Revealed

Liam Payne's cause of death has been revealed. The One Direction star died from 25 injuries sustained from his three-story fall, according to an early autopsy report. Investigators believe Liam's cranial fracture was severe enough to cause his death, in addition to 'internal and external' hemorrhages sustained at his Buenos Aires hotel on Wednesday. A source tells ET, 'Liam was erratic in the hotel and not in his right state of mind.'

He had been dropped by his record label a few days prior; that, combined with his erratic, agitated state prior to the incident (as indicated in the 911 call) makes me think of suicide rather than an accident.

I’ve read recently that even 1d fans were condemning him for signing autographs willingly and making himself too accessible to “fans” thus considering him desperate for attention and trying to deflect notoriety and clout from Niall.

Sadly within this fickle world Liam is now being idolised, heavily mourned and all negative comments and judgements aimed carelessly and without merit have now been conveniently forgotten.

I was a 1D fan for many years, hearing this really broke my heart, and rumors of a reunion coming into play are now thrashed with someone in a casket. It's Heartbreaking... As a One Direction Fan I'll say he is the most beautiful, funny, Awesome, and a good member in 1D, we fans go crazy over each and everyone in the group and I really love all of them but Liam Payne is JUST Amazing and he hits different to me like his voice and his attitude and his personality and my first one to make me as there stan
(fan/fans) and I really loved the Boy Band/ Group, there the first group I'll ever watch. I was watching them from their debut day and till they got an end... He is such a MASTERPIECE Leader, and a good singer I love each and every song of Liam I thought it was all good in their Life but sometimes it may not seem like they all are good so, We y'all missed the pure soul by saving him from the trauma and a suicide attempt. And it's too late to save him at the young age (31 years). Love you Liam you may rest in peace and may all the happiness and loving kindness comes to you in heaven too, and we won't forget you till the end Love you my favourite member from One Direction.

I think he unalived himself. He was in a bad place, drugs or alcohol involved. I have been there but used a cocktail of pharmaceuticals, I was lucky to survive. I’m very sorry for his child, no one wants to lose a parent so so young.
