The way they killed off Tiamat so fast is crazy, This is her only appearance in the Monsterverse and she got killed in a span of a few minutes 😭😭

To be clear, this is a show of Godzilla filling his role no matter what. Tiamat was guarding radiation that would make him more powerful and stronger so if he had to kill her, so be it.

Just a reminder Godzilla already held a grudge against Tiamat long before this, so it makes sense he wouldn’t mind killing her in revenge for nearly killing him.

Edit: After Kong Survival Instinct, this hits different now 😢. Poor Tiamat’s daughter.

Anyone who watches these movies and analyzes them will know Godzilla like to end a matter as quickly as possible. The way I see it, he simply intended to drive her out, shown when he roared at her twice. But when she bit him in the head, that's when he understood that trying to convince Tiamat to leave would consume more time, potentially longer than Skar King reaching the surface, so he had to eliminate Tiamat.

Time was running out.

You can see supercharged goji's atomic breath spiralling out to form his iconic blue spiral heat ray, which I think is a pretty cool nod to his Heisei and Fw counterparts, where both of these incarnations possessed their own blue spiral heat rays.
