Made This for Dinner & Now I’m Obsessed!

📝Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large capsicum, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 2–3 tbsp coarse roasted peanut powder
- A handful of chopped coriander leaves

For the Masala Mix:
- 1 tbsp coarse powder (coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- ½ tbsp amchur powder
- ½ tbsp red chili powder

Method:
- In a bowl, mix sliced onion, capsicum, salt, peanut powder, coriander leaves, and the masala mix.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic, and sauté.
- Add the onion-capsicum mixture and cook for 3–5 minutes.
- Pour in 1/2 cup yogurt/curd, mix well, cover, and cook for 5 more minutes on medium flame.
- Serve hot with chapati and enjoy!
