This rooftop bar gets you the best view of Vivid Sydney 2023
Aster Bar at the Intercontinental Hotel is currently doing a cocktail pairing menu as part of the Vivid Food series
The 3 course menu comprises
Saturn cocktail – Ondina Gin, mustard leaves, vetiver liquer, Geraldton wax, lemon aspen, sunrise lime paired with Tuna tartar
Mars cocktail – Espolon Anejo, Montelobos Espadin, desert lime, super juice, clarified rock melon, desert dust paired with chorizo and crab doughnut
Pluto cocktail – Fuji single grain whisky, honeycomb, coconut, supasawa, curry leaves, lemongrass, activated charcoal, edible cloud paired with hazelnut praline choux pastry
This Vivid themed cocktail pairing menu costs $199 (fancy but definitely a worthy experience), don’t want to try the menu? You can go up and get a drink and check out the view nonetheless!!
