Over 4 years ago, we discovered a truly unnoticed talent with less than 300 likes, called Arutani. His Re-interpretation for Ru's "Hours" already showed his tremendous talent in producing tense productions in a slower, downtempo environment. His skill would quickly make him one of the top downtempo producers in this genre and his skills have been approved by the likes of Laut & Luise, Sol Selectas, metanoia and now berlin-based Keller.

However in this particular release, we were quite overwhelmed but the subtle beauty from label veterans Brigade. They created a moody yet unsettling vibe, with a crisp percussion groove and dreamy quick one note loops, that keep up the tension, while keeping a downtempo flair and playing a lot with modulation, that keep teasing a hopeful vibe, but never really leave that eerie feel, that is captured so well in here. A masterpiece for us.
