Quick Look of Windows 10 Technical Preview's Features

I've installed Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9841 in a Virtual Machine, and found these new features are cool, but this version is still developed, so the interface and functionality can be different at later time.

Hi again! If I install Virtual Machine to try the Win10 Tech Preview, will there be services running in the background sucking up Win7 resources all the time, even with VM closed? Like when you exit Virtual Machine, does your Win7 or Win8 OS return to normal with no VM services running or do I need to go into "services" and set them to "manual" rather than "auto-enable"? Thanks!
