Young sibling musicians duo: Biko’s Manna | Afternoon Express | 18 July 2019

Biko’s Manna is a sibling duo of two young musicians who started off performing every weekend on the streets of Maboneng from 2015. They received massive love and support from people around them who gathered in masses every weekend to experience the two talents. These supportive fans would even chip in some money in honor of the talent. The children come from a musical home with the mom and dad who are also in the artistic space. Their musical lineage goes as far as their grandmothers, who were part of a musical group called Black Angels. These two wonderful kids are so talented that the legendary musician Bheki Khoza offered to become their mentor so that he could be a part of their journey. The children have been doing extremely well and are requested to perform on huge and important platforms like the Presdential Guest House where they performed for SA President Cyril Ramaphosa, President of China Xi Jinping, Lindiwe Sisulu, Patrice Motsepe and other big names. They have been requested to perform on not only local but international stages.

These three siblings are so talented and so charismatic I hope the world gets the opportunity to enjoy their charm and love expressed through their music

BIKO is a special name to me because of BIKO the activist who inspired me to be strong and now my youngest daughter is a well known Vegan animal activist fighting for the rights of the Innocent who's cries of suffering are ignored.
