Liking the close/narrow grip. I do a similar kind of thing but a bit more inwards. Better range of motion, better for the shoulder and one is probably less likely to get injured. I could be wrong but yea it works for me. Clarence Kennedy has a close/narrow grip that I emulate but again go closer inwards with. Great work dude. Inspiring.

i've been to this exact gym (york mills), the bar has horrible grip. bet you could easily do 3-4 on a good setup.

after doing 10 reps with 70 how long did it took for u to make it to 100kg
