When I listen to this song, I can't help but think it captures the "nostalgia" element perfectly.
I see images fading in and out of slowly twirling hair, full-toothed smiles, soft golden rays of sunlight cutting through foliage or beaming on wheat fields. I see cinnamon speckling a sweet glaze that's dripping over a pastry, soft hands that fit perfectly in yours, card games played in dying light. I see the skipping of children, lazy sunset-streaked clouds, submerging yourself under a calm but warm sea.
I see love.
Any kind of love: sibling, parental, platonic, soulmate, romantic, etc.
I think this is the kind of song that reminds you that it's okay to let yourself get a little lost sometimes.

i used to listen to this back in grade 6 when i used to not have any friends, wayy too in love with a boy who didn't know how to respect me, and now its been 4 years and i come back to this and it hits me how far ive come. its been long and exhausting but i have made it till here. and i am so proud of myself. i hope everyone who are in that phase now find themselves first. i hope nothing but self love, encouragement, hugs and care for all of you. ♡♡♡

This song makes me just wanna throw good and supportive words to every sad person out there and see them smile and have the best day. Idk this is a sad song but it just makes me wanna do good stuff. I always give advice to my friends and family when they need it but nobody knows my problems and nobody is there for me. But it’s fine. I love seeing people happy because of me:))
