I'm curious about one thing you said... "normally on a shot like this you would need to get permits...but we just flew the s900" (i'm paraphrasing of course).  so are you saying you didn't get any permits to fly the s900 over a city?  did you get permits, if so who did you contact and how did you go about it.  I for one have encountered alot of resistance in using my phantom 2 whether its shooting it on private property, a remote location, or even a city.  All the creative filmmaking tips in the world are great, but if some of us are running into huge barriers that prevent us from even getting to the creative part where we can actually use the equipment for clients, it stands to reason for me at least that that is the part of the process that should warrant some attention by DJI.  I've had clients not want to use the phantom becuase they were afraid it would just "fall out of the sky on someone".  I know that I would like help on educating clients and the public on the safety of using the phantom, as well as a "behind the scenes" on getting permits to fly, and dealing with whatever the FAA throws our way.  I can't do anything creative with my phantom if clients are reluctant to use it due to not understanding it.

I love my DJI equipment. I had a phantom and now I have a Custom F550. I would love to try the DJI Ronin in my films. Hopefully I can get one soon. DJI products are amazing!

I so wish I could fly a camera around on a multirotor for commercials and such with the studio I'm working for....  Sadly the #FAA  wont allow it.

You guys are going to have to start offering weightlifting classes along with your product so that way Hollywood will start using the DJI on large studio products filmed on Panavision with them huge Cooke lenses. Otherwise great video love your stuff!

Just one are you nuts you guys should have a you tube series and be placing your own ads into the projects! Next time you do these shoot enough for a series of 6 it doesn't take that much extra time on these shorts plus you already have the cast and crew if you need further media planning assistance just email or contact me through google plus

How expensive was this to create? How did you recoup your investment? Or was this simply a DJI commericial?

DJI is not a person is a Business If "DJI" are incorporate any Aerial Drone videos in to their Business or any Video Sales promotions you are Flying a drone for business and commercially therefor you need to have a FAA Exemption section 333 to be avail to operate a drone commercially in the USA also you need to have a COA approved by the FAA for the site that you are flying over.
DJI do you have your Section 333 and a COA for all those Drone Shots on this video?
