@BrentOzarUnlimited - May be you could get the 'outer_query' column from sp_whoIsActive to get the stored proc name 'sp_blitzfirst' and then filter it out. #10000x Cardinality misestimations.

Would be great if there is a GIT documentation tool that integrates and generate blog posts, etc. from code doc.
Do you ever use any tools that would generate documentation etc. from comments in code?
