I am a new hunter and I am appalled at the complexity of the wildlife regulations! I have a Masters Degree in finance and despite three weeks of study, I am still confused about the when, where, and how about gameland hunting! The game regulations are as bad as the US Federal tax laws! Our government is failing us big time. Nothing will change because there is no incentive for government agencies to improve their performance. Have you ever ver been to the DMV?

And any idiot who thinks that bears have their own population control with food is just dumb ... A bear that is hungry travels far and wide for food and when humans and hungry bears meet there is trouble... Less bear population more food for bears no need for long travel for a bear that has enough food ...
