Just got back from Alaska. Gracier Bay gorgeous. I packed all the suggested gear, umbrella, rain pants, rain jacket, rain boots...yup, you guessed it...it didn't rain except for about 1 hr in Glacier Bay and we were on our balcony and didn't much care. Had great weather.

Glad you guys are having fun. Thats one of my favorite towns. Its making me homesick. Hopefully we will be back there next year. Make sure you try the dry fish with butter and a open face sandwich with smoked lamb. So good🥰🛳⚓️🥂

When we were in Iceland it poured down rain one of the days we were there. It was a miserable day. You are fortunate that you have had nice weather.

I was there for three weeks, courtesy of the AF, and after work we'll explore nearby places and on days off just drive to far away places. The food is too expensive.

If you go to the Azores (St Michaels) go to the Furnas - the do thermal cooking there where they cook a full meal underground. Delicious

Spent a week in Iceland in an A B&B 5 years ago! Loved it ! Hubby had some puffin ( yuck) . We did the Golden Circle! Now I want to go back!
