"I want equal pay"
"I want a man with more money than me"
And now we have a paradox.

Jordan is dealing with people who are not of the same intellectual level. Excellent summary Melanie.

I saw this "equality" first hand when one of my closest friends got fed up with his female colleague where they both worked in the same office and did the exact same job as port authority officers in a small port close to my hometown. They were in charge of a lot of things, one of them was surveying docked ships and counting their cargo (mostly imported cars). My friend who was younger and fit was always taking part of this task no matter the weather conditions. You had to physically get out of the warm office and go down to the dock. Doesn't matter if it was raining, windy, or blazing hot. The female colleague, even though she was getting paid the exact same salary, she never did this particular task. She never wanted to leave the comfort of the office.

60 years ago, my mother said women will be shocked to find that when they stood up for their "rights" they lost their seat on the bus

The best comment I heard was "If women are paid less then men, then why don't companies hire just women and keep the profits?"

If men and women are equal, why am I not an OF millionaire?

Retired electrical engineer. Never met a woman doing the same job as me, taking the same risks, sweating the same blood. If there was one, I would expect that she got the same pay as me.

Glad I found your channel. Melanie. Whenever I say "stupid stuff", in my liberal women friends' opinions, it seemingly coincides with your opinions. Surprisingly, the other day, one of my liberal women friends was just having a pleasant chat with me and was looking at something that was going on and said to me: "where have all the men gone?" I said to her "they're still here but you've told us we're no longer needed or welcome and so, we've sat back, accepted our new role and are watching the other sex make an absolute hash of everything they've touched". I was totally shocked when she actually nodded her head and said "you know, you've got a point there."

😂 My mother was second in charge of a major oil and gas company in the fifties and society never put expectations on her to do otherwise. She was a mum and a senior executive and highly competent. These feminists HAVE to socially engineer things because they are incompetent and they know it. They're con artists. The fact that they dont know how to properly calculate a wage gap is evidence of that. It's embarrassing.

My husband was a roofer for 10 years now owns his own company. I would love to see women work on the roof and carry those heavy shingles up the ladder in over 110 degree heat. Have yet to see it. I'm so grateful to stay home and cook and clean 😂.

I am male and I have a non identical twin brother. And we spent virtually the whole of our infancy together, even shared two years of kindergarten and six years in the same class rooms in primary school. But guess what?: He was always technically and manually more interested and way more creative than me without being treated unequally. And guess what: I became a lawyer and he became a watchmaker. .

When I was young I thought it would be horrible to be a stupid person. As I got older I realized the curse is being a smart person. Dumb people don't know they are dumb, and smart people have to deal with dumb people's dumbness

Spot on Melanie! As a woman who grew up on a dairy farm, and married a grain farmer, I can tell you firsthand that there are certain things that men are just naturally physically and mentally better at. And same goes for women. That’s not a bad thing.

That woman on there is basically saying I read research papers too, and I want Jordan's jobs...

There's no equality of outcome. We have same opportunity and that's the only thing you should ask for.

Same opportunity, not same outcome.

She said the quiet part out loud.
They don't want equal oppurtunity.

They want equality of outcome

I totally agree. There is workplace bias.
The women in my office get way more opportunities, promotions, time off, a pass for being late, a pass for getting away early, and so on and so on....
Men are facing inequality and I have seen it many times and experienced it myself.

One of the most glaring examples equal pay for unequal work is professional tennis prize money. Equal pay is not linked to equal work. Men must win 3 sets of tennis to win, sometimes requiring men to play 5 sets. Women need win only 2 sets, but never play more than 3 sets. Equal prize is not equal pay, unless both men and women must win the same number of sets. In the US EEOC stands for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, not the Equal Employment Outcome Commission.

Thank you Melanie. Only women can speak out about this and try to put a stop to misandry. Well done.
