I actually like to think that he did hesitate that maybe he thought to himself like

“ what am I doing? I can’t do this.”

The thing that is painful to see is that he has lost everything he has cared for and that is so sad to see that for the protection of humans, aliens were imprisoned and this guy saw his family die. While what he was doing was wrong, the emotion behind that alien is something that I feel sorry about. He deserved justice but not the way he was trying to do it.

I felt so bad for this alien. He lost everything, fought against an oppressive dictator, only to lose his family and be banished from his home. Then, he ends up wrongfully imprisoned for 50 years in inhuman conditions and likely not even given the bare minimum while imprisoned.

Even when he escaped and before he decided on settling the score, we saw that he wasn't evil. He let one man go that he was going to kill when he found out the man had a family, and even looked to be hesitating when he was about to take his revenge on the man that stole 50 years of his life. And we see during the fight with Ben, he's defeated, suicidal even, begging Ben to end his suffering. He was a broken alien who wanted nothing more than to be reunited with his loved ones. If there was ever an alien that needed help, it was this one. The end is very sad as he's taken into Plumber custody. Yes, what this alien was planning to do was wrong. But he lost everything. His planet, his mate, his children, even his life. Even if he's released and gets some kind of compensation, it'll never bring back all that he's lost. It might've been better for Ben to have put this poor alien out of his misery.

Then again, he seemed pretty bloodthirsty against Rozum himself. And honestly, Rozum deserved to be finished off after the wrongful suffering and treatment he put this guy through

Don't know his real name but Prisoner 775 may have lost his family but maybe he could start new by being sent to the One Piece Universe and join Luffy and his crew because he can turn invisable and has a stinger in his tail and would be a great ally for the Straw Hats. Hope there would be a fanfiction of it happening. Like prisoner 775 ( Well I am going to call him Slipperidock ) somehow gets snagged from the Ben 10 Dimension to the One Piece Dimension where Slipperidock finds Luffy which this will take place during the movie that has Burndiworld in it and Slipperidock finds Luffy eating his favorite food and uses his camaflage ability to sneak up on Luffy and snag the meat Luffy was about to eat which Luffy notices it disappearing and when Luffy confused until he notces the salute of Slipperidock picking up another meat and attacks him only not be able to get a hold of him which Slipperidock reveals himself which Luffy turns from angry to confused again out of not knowing what Slipperidock is and then smiles and says join my crew which for the first time someone agrees in an instant when Slipperidock immediatly says yes. Slipperidock would help Luffy and boa Hancock for the rest of the movie. His role would involve him stinging Burndiworld like ten times before getting thrown off which then he holds Burndiworld's brother hostage to distract Burndiworld. The rest goes the same way and Slipperidock would train with Luffy for two years then Luffy and Slipperidock would meet up with the rest of the straw hats which would also be shocked to see creature they never seen before. Nami would find him cute and Sanji getting jealous would attempt to strangle Slipperidock only to get stung. His role in the Fishmen Island Arc would be him going with Luffy and Shirahoshi and later he would be the one to take out the digging evil sharkman instead of Chopper.

It sucks this guy's name was never revealed also it is sad that prisoner 775 lost his family thanks to the general I don't blame him for seeking vengeance cuz when you've lost those closest to you it can drive you mad also he wanted to die so badly

Not only did base Wildmutt lose his black lips, but this is probably the lamest Ultimate alien of the bunch.
