That immediately caught my attention because I saw you guy's using grout, WOW I had no idea that it could be used with stick on tile.

I love the tile for apartments. You refinish the beautiful old red oak floors and replace old style tile and vinyl floors with a nice modern LVT in kitchens and baths.

I've often seen the luxury vinyl tiles--in smaller offices and other."tony* business spaces. I was blown away--after it finally reached our usual-suspect/shared common brain/ big, tall, boxy stores--with likewise huge parking lots.

These tiles is a good deal more attractive than traditional, industrial vinyl sqaure tiles. Those latter always require plywood underlayment and gluing.

It's far from the worst flooring decision one can make: That's already been well proven by its commercial utility and reasonable attractiveness.

Furthermore, if damage does occur, replacement is relatively simple. Just keep a few spares....

You voided any warranty if you install a underlayment under the plank especially when it already has an attached backing. CAN YOU SAY

Cutting on top is the only way. If you chip the edges which they don’t it’s going to be covered by the moldings. Who you guys are more clueless than I would have thought.
