It wasn't when he first went to WCW, he didn't get the Favored Nations clause until WCW was making ungodly amounts of money thanks to Scott Hall and the rest of the NWO...in my opinion he deserved it...him and Kevin Nash jumping over is the only reason WCW got to where it was
