This series is tremendous. The lead actor plays his character so well and the script is great.

Since this episode was made the RAN has doubled the number of Commodores and Admirals to 110: with 3800 sailors - the Army has 160 generals (3 X a decade ago) and the Navy is unable to keep its assets available for training and operations and a defence budget over $50 billion a year.

The biggest comedy show going - Australian defence with ex MP's like Christopher Pyne becoming lobbyists for military weapons companies. We've seen French submarines ordered but changed from the existing nuclear subs to re-engineered diesel electric submarines only for the government to cancel them so they could order nuclear submarines from the US that the US can't spare.
