I find that when I push through on a low energy day I start to feel better as soon as I can check off some accomplishments- no matter how small. Cloudy days seem to drain my energy. Good video - good advice.

That was pleasant spending time in your kitchen. Two nights ago I made some enchiladas our of a jar of pork carnitas I canned, plus some chilis and tomatoes from the garden. It was so fast and easy just using the three jars and there was enough for us to eat the second night. Tonight I am going to open a jar of chicken stew and mix up biscuit dough to put on top and bake it like a pot pie.

I can definitely relate! I have always been the cook in my family and my kids are grown and gone now but when they were teenagers and I really didn't want to cook anything because of being tired or just not wanting to cook, etc. I would tell my wife and kids it's 'fend for yourself' night. They always found something to eat and nobody
