hi John, a sound Engineer here, we use Network (Davinci) so me and the Editor leave the Audio and Video in one Session. so i mix and do everything and the Editor continue the same session, no import or Export needed ... think of it, and bravo your video is very clear to learn from, God Bless you .

THANK YOU SOO MUCH MAN 🙏 Being able to transfer AAF from ProTools to DR is better then manually setting up hundreds of wav files 😭🙏

Thanks for sharing this video info. As a new user to ProTools, but experienced using DaVinci Resolve, this video was helpful.

Thank you. Am about to send from Resolve 18 to Pro Tools... hoping it's not too tricky, have heard it's not been great in the past...

Hey John! Just a reminder to pickup the Davinci Resolve AAF export video man. There's a new DR version and maybe you'll find a fix. If you need me to help testing the AAF's I can do it. I'm using Nuendo 12. Take care

Hey, just found your amazing channel!

I don’t do any of this professionally, but I was wondering if you could offer me some insight.
When working on sound for films, is Pro Tools (or any other DAW) usually the last stage for the sound editing?
If so, is the final mix bounced down to one file and delivered? Or are all the effects and processing done on Pro Tools committed and consolidated before delivering the AAF files? Thanks again.

I am having a problem, when I import the aaf file, Davinci opens without problem, but I don't see the other tracks and I only have 5 tracks, and in each one are embedded all the audio tracks, and what I need is to see the separate channels for each track, is it a problem of mine or was it the way that the aaf was exported?
