At 3:40 are you saying the beginner banner is only available if you haven't pulled a legendary? I saw another video that listed saving the beginner banner for after rerolling on one of the other ones...

On mobile/bluestacks you can do quest again and delete account

This game is the most Unluckiest reroll I've done so far. Even when rerolling at genshin with only 4 single pulls i manage to get 5 stars at 14 rerolls. This game I've already do 30 but no luck
