I think the mini 4 is sticking around because it has 2GB of RAM (vs 1GB in the iPhone 6)

BTW, the downloads manager is also available on the iPhone, it isn’t an iPad exclusive feature like some tech channels are making it sound.

Finally, my nearly $2000 iPad will act more like a laptop replacement and less like a $2000 iPad! Can’t wait!

I love the new features for the I-Pad OS. I like that it has it's own OS now. I also love tha t you can connect a flash drive, or other any other drives, or even a hub with USB C. This I-Pad OS will make the I-Pad so much more useful and enjoyable. I hope Adobe develops more full version apps in their Creative Cloud, as they have with for Photoshop. Then you can use them on your touchscreen I-Pad on the go, plus it has a camera so that you can take pictures, and or use the Adobe Capture and get different types of textures, text, patterns and brushes and use them directly into the apps on your I-Pad. When hooking up to a MacBook or I-Mac, with the new MacOS Catalina, it can be used as a tablet (like Wacom).

Great job on covering some features that went under the radar, Daniel. In addition to what you said about the iPad mini 4 being a newer product, it also packs 2GB of RAM instead of the 1GB found on the iPhone 6/6 Plus. I guess that could also be necessary to smoothly run iOS 13 as all the devices (including the iPhone SE) that are eligible for the update pack at least 2GB of RAM.

Daniel, thanks again. Given how advanced iPadOS has become, and seeing how big of a MacBook Pro / macOS fan you are, it would be fantastic if you could make a video summarizing the features that future iPadOS updates still need to deliver in order for the iPad Pro to be considered a viable replacement for the MacBook / MacBook Pro for most users (most, not all, because it can never be a complete replacement especially for power users like you).

I think iPadOS 13 has managed to address the vast majority of concerns that users had regrading how iOS was limiting the potential that iPad Pro has, but what else is left? What else should iPadOS include to bring the iPad Pro even closer to becoming the touch-equivalent experience of macOS? The only thing I can think of is that it should do much more when the iPad Pro is connected to an external monitor / TV. I think this will be addressed in a future update, but what else is there? I need to hear the opinion of an expert like you.
