For rotation ( turn ) : 270 deg. clockwise or 90 deg. counter clockwise, a) suppose (x. y) is from quadrant 1 ; if you turn it to 270 deg. clockwise, it will be landed to quadrant 3, thus ( x, y ) will change to ( - x, y ) b) and if you turn it to 90 deg. counter clockwise, it will be landed as well to quadrant 1, thus (x, y) to (-x, y ).
