this is way more clear than the sum of the corsair articles. i was struggling with corsair hubs, icue ready, icue link, 4000d rgb airflow, af120, sf120, ... this video gave clarity to everything i was trying to put together just using the corsair documentation.

This is exactly the setup I was wanting to do for my build, and this is the only video I found that goes into it. My only question is this: I have the CORSAIR iCUE Link H100i, and the manual says that the pump for this (and the H150i) is located in the CPU cap. Is the placement different for the H100i and the H150i? Either way, this video was super helpful. If I could give you more likes, I would.

Awesome video tutorial! You can buy the longer linking cables alone. No need to spend the money buying another multi-pack of fans just to get the cables.

i have a question i have a 2x8pin cable where one is connected to my gpu and the other one is just dangling. can i connect the dangling one to the icue link hub

I watched your Lian Li Dynamic Evo XL and this video a handful of times as I slowly build my PC as I wait for parts. Lian Li is a spacious case and nine 140 fans fill case up nicely. I think a 420 radiator might be an overkill. Watching this video to make sure wiring is correct.

First time ever I am building a pc, but I am stuck at the PCIe part … what must I do ? My 2 PCIe cables are for main board and GPU… I don’t have another one

I have a problem with my iCue setup w/ an H170i cooler. No matter what I do or how I seem to connect things, there is always one fan which won't light up. The rear fan, the 3 fans on the H170i, and two of the front fans will light. It spins and moves air, there's just no LEDs lit. I have tried daisy chaining hubs, in which case NONE of the front fans nor the fans in the H170i will light and using a separate iCue hub for the front fans, in which case none of them will light. Any suggestions?
