I think Mulcair is not looking clearly at the divide in BC - it is not a rural-urban divide. BC has been divided between NDP and 'conservative' political parties for most almost my entire life.

Went voting today in New Brunswick, they never asked for proof ID like your drivers licence . They only asked if I had the right address . So to me anybody can vote without ID

The election winner should have been called by now, this is a disgrace to have to wait weeks to find out who won and is the new government, only in BC.

Not that many years ago all ballots were hand counted and results came that same day!
