How To Shoot Thick Foam! - Chemical Guys

The TORQ Max Foam 8 is designed to shoot thick car washing foam with any pressure washer 800-3,500 PSI. The thicker the foam, the better it sticks to dirt, breaks it down, and slides off the car before even being touched with a wash mitt. Pre-saturating vehicles with thick wash foam during a wash drastically reduces the chances of installing swirls and scratches caused by improper washing.

i use hot distilled water, fill cannon about 3/4 way full, then add about 4 to 5oz of mr pink soap. works great! thick foam!! finally found the right combo for my foam cannon. and of course my simpson 2800 psi gas pressure washer :)

Shouldn't you spray off the first foam before scrubbing since there could be loosened dirt mixed in with the foam which could lead to scratches.

Is it minimum of 1.6 GPM? I use mine with a 1700 psi 1.2GPM and it work ok. Its not foaming like the video. should I get a stronger pressure washer ?
