The rules say you cannot make “any motion naturally associated with his pitch”. This is his exact prepitch motion on every pitch. If you go by that part of the rule, how is this not a balk. Yes the rule says other things also, but just focusing on this part. By definition it should be a balk.

I can tell so many people here never pitched, we were taught this pickoff move when we were 13, doesn’t matter how you look, it matters where the front foot goes, if your front foots first point of contact is behind the mound, you are allowed to throw to 2nd
