Awesome video. My Android head unit came with RCA AV IN cables. Will this be enough to simply connect my headrest screens to the headunit via AV so the headrest screens mirror whatever is on the main screen?

This video is right on time. I just installed the Pioneer avh4200nex and mirroring (for me) from my HTC 10 using the Belkin Miracast adapter SUCKS. Delays with the display between the phone and the radio and don't even think about playing music while mirroring your device. I keep the phone plugged in while driving to charge it and should have went the wired route to begin with. Another concern I have about the Belkin device is can it stand up to the heat inside a car? Plus it takes precious space in the back behind the radio. Thanks again for this post. I'm about to order this cord right now.

I'm thinking most of you trying this out and not working must be because your device (phone) is not MHL supported.(phone is not a MHL device) If I'm wrong, please let me know.

Why does it matter what brand cable and adapter is used? I have a samsung galaxy a 20 and a vizio tv . I used an app to determine that my phone does support hdmi . I bought an hdmi to type c adapter and hdmi cable. When i plugged it in to the hdmi on the tv. Clicked input signal i got no signal on the screen. I dont have wifi and dont want to burn up so much data having the tv and phone sharing data . Are you saying that this brand and set up youre talking about will work? I would think an hdmi to type c adapter would be the same as any other hdmi to type c adapter with the exceptions of cheap componants and quality of the work. This is driving me nuts.
