Finally someone addressed the 27, 000mah / 100wh flying thing. I went with the 20, 000 prime because I couldn't find a straight answer and didn't want to take the risk. If the security agent only knew the 27000 figure and sees 27650, despite the 100wh figure, they would probably still deny it. I've learned that people are not always very pedantic and can make these kind of errors, so I didn't risk it.

Can you tell me if it does simultaneous charging of a phone or any other chargeable unit as well as charging itself because they claim it does through charging? 10:15 10:17

What happens if you leave it on the charger past 100% does keeping it on the base affect the battery life or does it turn off internally and know that it’s at 100%

Hello, So I recently purchased the Anker prime 27, 000 mah (250 watts) powerbank and I set up the screen timeout clock display but it will not sync and just gives double digit times ex: 00:22 And not 8:32, 2:10, 9:10, etc, Does anybody know how to manually go in and like sync the clock to a phone? I have already looked through the app and have had no luck in finding a setting for the clock other than enabling it

my laptop still says this power bank is too slow which makes no sense since this puts out 250w and the laptop charger is 150w. Im using the 140w max cable it came with. I have the 27, 650 mah anker.

I came here but couldn't find the explanation regarding the green dot on the Anker 27650 powerbank...
When I double press the button, a green dot on the top left of the display comes on... any guess to what it could be?

Weird question, are the ports on the powerbank still active when you place it down on the charging dock? Could you use that as passthrough charging? I really wish there was a cable version of the pogo pin chargers so you’d have another port
