I just got mine, after 3 minutes I could play although I never managed
to play Clarinette or similar instruments. I love it. Fantastic
invention.

I was trying to play it with the rubbery protector on! Just to clarify for anyone who's not sure, the reed and mouthpiece need to be exposed! (I feel rather silly now!)

When I play play up the scale from C and get to A the intonation gets suddenly very flat. The only way I can get notes A and upwards in tune with the lower register is by blowing much harder, to sharpen them, and changing the shape of my embouchure quite radically, 'narrowing' my mouth considerably almost like pouting. Should it really be that hard? Do other Dood players have a similar problem? It kicks in at note A.

I could play Dood from C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C2, D2 and G2, A2, B2, C2... Can not play E2 and F2. Please somebody help me!

Oh my God! )
Base note is C4, like tenor!
After tenor, alto and soprano recorder, my new dood is a difficult challenge )
For make sound I have to more power my breath )
