Most of the people who see ghosts or apparitions are not in the presence of something vibrating at 18.98 hz or anything like that. That's the problem with this explanation.

I'm a paranormal investigator and I want to know this stuff and let the people who contact our team that it may be the cause. I've been researching it quite a bit lately, but I need to find a way to detect that frequency and determine if something in their environment is causing it. Our team does our best to debunk claims and find logical explanations as to why people are experiencing strange things. Not everything can be considered coming from ghosts/spirits/etc. Our environment affects us, be it high EMF from bad electronics, high RF frequency from our Wifi devices or the "ghost frequency" from things we can't detect with out ears but our body feels.

Well that's good information. So at around 18 to 18.98 hz anyone should have the ability to see ghosts. I recall seeing frequency generators online like apps. So I should be able to set it to around that and see "smearing" (mentioned around 3:08) and that "smearing" could possibly be mistaken for a "shadowy" (as mentioned around 3:12) shape of a full human being with color and a great amount of detail beyond just a shadow or could be mistaken for a full shape of a dog or cat or some other creature??? Am I correct here about this "smearing" and "shadowy" thing or does "smearing" only refer to shape that is just a "shadowy" looking thing with with a shape that cannot be identified? Well, either way, it is known that we live in a multi-dimensional world. So if it takes only around 18 hz to see "smearing" or "shadowy" then it would be safe to say that's a good start to shifting into another dimension on the way to see more detail of that "smearing" or "shadowy" thing. So at higher frequencies it would make sense that one would zoom in and see more details of that "smearing" or "shadowy" thing. Much like if you want to focus in on something that is blurry, you zoom in or get closer to it, or go get stronger glasses to see anything blurry more clearly. Or that of a radio station, if you want to hear the audio of any particular frequency better you have to do things to strengthen the frequency. Both scenarios hold true with this "smearing" and "shadowy" mentioned in the video. So it is good information, however, I'm sure what I mentioned is not how you intended the information to be used. So around 18 hz and anything stronger than that should offer more detail changing a "smearing" or "shadowy" into more DETAIL. Now your theory, video poster, of the 18 hz thing is quite easy for anyone to test with the smartphone apps and technology out today that are frequency generators. Set it to around 18 hz and see if you see anything "smearing" or "shadowy" that was not originally there before the experiment started. Anyone test that the video poster's theory about how to see "smearing" or "shadowy"? Because if it works, that's an entry point to see that which exists on another dimension and you just have to continue to adjust the frequency to get a more vivid visual of what you're seeing just like the real life scenarios I gave about the radio and blurry vision. Everything has a frequency.
