Could the Hyper Ruliad be a place, where sub optimal use of computation (like the odd shipping containers). Is not possible. The Ruliad has some lack of efficiency. And the Hyper Ruliad possesses some standardisation here doesn’t.

I was thinking about the 1, 2, 4, 6 framework of pythagoras that appear unintelligible to us, that their may be a framework where it do have significance modern man have just not encoded that framework like they used to do.

To me it seem that things like fractions may have some property that goes beyond just the numerical, so there could be like physical or chemical significance to a "sequence?" that we just pay no attention to. It seem like properties that the ancient cultures really took consideration to was about things like "divisibility?" and such properties probably could impact things like performance of arithmetic systems.

And since we have such ideas that nature organise itself in some optimised arrangement, it may be possible that the properties of such arithmetic also is part of nature, physics and chemistry.
For me it is easy to see how knowledge goes lost over historic time.

Regarding Mr. Wolfram's comments on standards. Unfortunately most of what people today call standards issue from governments. It is little wonder, therefore, that political considerations become paramount.

Why there should be scientific journals at all? No papers - no problems.
