I am a Ferrari fan, and I am a bit disappointed Seb didn't win, but Hamitlon %100 deserves the title. I won't be one of those salty Ferrari fanboys saying Hamilton didn't deserve it and only wins because he has the best car. Hamilton wins because he is an amazing driver who hardly ever makes mistakes. I hugely respect Hamilton and all of his achievements in F1. Congrats to Hamilton on winning his 5th world championship!

Congratulations Lewis, from a huge Vettel fan... This year (in particular) you really deserved the Championship. Less errors than Seb (near to zero) and some incredible performances during the season. You really deserve to be where you are now.

Salute to by now three 5-time WDC drivers: Fangio, Schumacher, and Hamilton!

Congratulations Lewis! One of the greatest I must say!
Coming from a Schumacher fan.

Schumacher might have most titles, and Hamilton might catch him one day, but there's no question in my mind that Fangio is the greatest of all time.

He might have "only" five titles to Schumacher's seven, but he also participated in only eight seasons. That's five titles in eight years. And his pole and winning percentages of 55.8% and 46.15% are just mind boggling. Especially considering that he drove in the 50s when you had a lot more retirements than in the modern day. If you look at just the races he finished, those figures become even more impressive.

There hasn't been anyone else like him.

I have to say, I really feel sorry for Ricardo. He has had a terribly unlucky season, and he finally qualifies pole with a good shot at winning... and he has to retire.
