Can't relate to the "problems" presented in this video. For 20 years leading my own household, I've never faced any of those... By the way, the doors of your kitchen cabinet might suffer if you put too much weight on it. The doors will continually slide down and won't close properly any more (my mom once had her spice rack installed this way and it didn't work out).
