That song is timeless, was written by Keith Sweat and still is and always will be one of the greatest R&B songs ever recorded. Unconditional Love by Hi Five is another song I love from that era.

Hey Shawny! Nice selection! For me Silk wasn't over looked at all. It just the field was crowded with good R&B groups and singers! Everybody brought their A game. We had groups like Jagged Edge, Next, Shai, Hi-5, Blackstreet, Tony Tony Toné, Mint Condition, Guy...they were all on fire! How could you choose one over the other? For except from New Edition, I didn't. I loved them all.

I don't know who said that they were over shaowed by those groups 🤔??? They definitely wasn't by any group. Silk held their own. They had hits that were 🔥🔥🔥🔥and they still perform till this day. You haven't even scratch the surface of Silk's catalog of hits.

Maaannnn I love Silk, Jodeci, Boyz II Men, Dru Hill, Jagged Edge, Shai, Guy, New Edition...I mean there were A LOT of groups in the 90s. Everybody could sing their asses off back then, so it was harder for all of them to shine.
