baby spinach 😄 washing is for babies 😉 let's go one level higher - how to wash properly real grown up spinach. no matter, if summer or winter spinach - ready to use or to store longer. please show us that. the method I had learned from my mother does need a lot of water. thank you

how much spinach can this method clean before it becomes ineffective and can this be used on other greens (i.e. asparagus, romaine lettuce, radishes, etc)? Thanks for sharing and further insight!
