My dad was in the navy so basically told me "hey once everyone or two weeks, you know your body so clean where you sleep and make the bed". The longest I've gone without changing em was three weeks to about a month.

Twice a week for our bed and all five kids’ beds. I see zero reason for people to avoid washing sheets at least once a week. That’s absolutely disgusting.
