If you want cheaper version but equally delicious, replace wine and sherry with fresh lemon juice. Add it just before pasta.

I just made this recipe but doubled the portions since I was using one pound of spaghetti. I also added chicken and a tablespoon of cornstarch to thicken it. It turned out absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
