I must say that Dr. Brown says he’s not called to expose these false teachers in the church…but that’s not a biblical stance to take. We are all commanded to call out false doctrine and expose, mark, and avoid false teachers. It’s not a matter of a special calling…it’s a matter of obedience. If we took it seriously and cast these false teachers out of fellowship we would have more unity and wouldn’t be a laughing stock to the world. Then they would see our love for one another and our true fellowship with one another and be drawn to us and to Jesus…they would then know we are true Christian’s by witnessing our love for each other. These false teachers are making a mockery of Christianity and they need to be stopped.

Good msg Dr. Brown. I'm happy to hear Justin Peters and you communicate, even if we have our disagreements, he is a man of integrity. I am extremely glad you joined Mike Winger in rebuking Benny Hinn, Mike's is salt of the Earth kind of person, a very humble man, former pastor and Christian counselor. I hope you end up good friends with him.

Mike Winger did an excellent video on Benny Hinn, I mean it couldn't be more clearer. Benny Hinn sadly, is just a wolf, who loves money and can't live his ultra rich lifestyle without stealing from the poor, the broken, and desolate. Shame on him!

Watching Mike Wingers Documentary was excellent and insightful. There’s no need to even bother to defend Benny Hinn. He’s the definition of a wolf devouring Jesus precious sheep.

Repentance for him would be giving all his money back to people he deceived and stepping down from ANY ministry in addition to a public apology and admittance he lied and was wrong. That would be the start of showing real repentance

If you do not take a strong, solid, clear stand against obvious wolves attacking the flock, you leave them vulnerable. And it is the most vulnerable that get taken advantage of. This oh so soft "rebuke" is meaningless. This approach deters no one. Could this be why so many wolves are attacking charismatic congregations, and why so much emotional and sexual abuse and immorality is rampant in churches. Call these false "teachers" out hard and keep your people safe!

I am so thankful to be a nobody. As one of two pastors in a very small local church I feel I have the liberty to speak what a somebody cannot. Benny Hinn is not a Christian. It’s obvious. Another salesman stunt of “repentance” should not be acceptable. What we actually need, is all the nobodies to adhere to Mike Wingers advice and publicly declare that these men do not, in any way represent Christianity. The Somebody’s can’t simply state the obvious truth, they have too much to lose. But we can…

Benny Hinn needs to repent publicly on every type of media outlet possible, apologize, sell everything he has, give it to the people and people like those he’s manipulated, never EVER teach or prophecy or attempt to heal anyone anymore and never ask for a freaking penny from another soul. This is the minimum requirements. ALSO, never be allowed to return to ministry.

I watched the entirety of Mike Wingers video and one thing occurred to me while watching it. If someone wants to get away with fake repentance and keep repeating the same sins over and over again it is so easy for them to do so. It's more difficult now with so many things being recorded, however, many times people will not do the research to see if an individual has really changed. I don't in any way support Benny Hinn, but I remember hearing he repented back in 2019. And at that time I assumed that it was genuine (I had no interest in researching it further back then).

We are definitely all guilty of sin, but what Benny is doing goes SO far beyond that. It's willful continual unrepentant sin. It's literally a travesty to Christianity and as Mike stated he should remove himself from ministry and give as much money away as he can to help make reparations. I also ascribe to being slow to judge on these sorts of situations, however, if something is as clear as this or the TB Joshua situation then we need to judge rightly.

Mike Wingner does one on Benny.
Dr your too gracious to the those who have done such damage to our faith.

You and Sam Storms should apologise for defending Benny on the Justin's video debate....

Not here to defend or argue whether Pastor Benny Hinn is right or wrong. Check 31:07 I heard when Pastor Benny Hinn denounced his former way of asking money. He said “it’s an offense to God to say give $1000 and God will bless you, or if you give $500 God will multiply 3 times (im paraphrasing here). He said he’s not changing his view on if you give God financially, He will bless you financially that’s a biblical principle by the way. So when I look at the two videos comparisons, both Dr. brown and Mike winger misunderstood his point. He never denounced the belief that God will bless you if you give God but rather putting a price tag 🏷️ like hey this blessing is worth this much. That was what he denounced.

Dr Brown- i truly love your ministry and thoughts but I really hope you read the comments in this thread. You’re defending yourself too much when you could simply just come out and say the obvious- that Benny Hinn is a false teacher. Mike wingers video is clear and as much as it’s not your responsibility or your ministry to call out false teachers, you could put an end to this so easily by just calling him a false prophet, not defending yourself, and let this whole thing be.

Mike Winger provided a well done video on the ministry of BH. Mike speaks truth and researches fully before sharing. Grateful for Mike over the years speaking in humble truth. Take a listen to his video on BH… worth the time!

Dr Brown I have a clip of Benny at an event the night before The Send asking for $1, 000 each for people who want a real estate anointing. So sad. And cruel.

Great! Now do Bill Johnson. He tells his students that they cannot graduate unless they give false prophecies - on video at James River AG.

Is not about what we say is about what we do...Benny Hinn still appealing for seed planting even to the extend of your last mite so God can bless you. Benny Hinn is a prominent individual in the Christian community leaders must make him accountable and common Christians renounce Benny Hinn. I'm glad to hear Michael Brown confronted false teacher Hinn but don't give false teachers more grace than to those being harmed by his false teachings. Yes, we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, but teachers are held by higher standards by God's Word.

I appreciate you coving this Dr. Michael Brown. Mike winger did a 4 hour long video on this and it grieves me to hear what Hinn has done. I believe all authentic fire charismatics and cessationists appreciate you saying this.

Yes he does. And his repentance includes him stepping down from ministry.
