This case has definitely made a mockery of the prosecution team; however, there must be something more to it that we don't know/understand because it's incredible to me that they've been able to hold this man for 2 years without bail. This is incredibly sad. Whether he's guilty or not, waiting that long to learn your fate is totally unacceptable. It's happening more and more in court systems across America.
