I would always make the red raspberry leaf tea into a gallon jug and leave it in the fridge. I would rather drink it cold, so it was a lot easier to remember to drink that way. If you really want to do a natural birth you can do it!! It will hurt... ALOT.... but women are built for it and you can do it!! I pray that you have a safe labor. I will be praying for you and Jamal☺️
