Our 7th Canada C3 Hangout is an opportunity to join Scientists Nathalie R. Le François and Mark Graham as they discuss Patterns of diversity and experimental biology in the Arctic from Nunavut aboard the Canada C3 Expedition vessel!

Nathalie R. Le François is a researcher at the live collections and research division of the Biodôme de Montréal/Espace pour la vie since 2009 and associate professor at Université du Québec à Rimouski and Université Laval. Her research focuses on cold-water fish conservation physiology and aquaculture. She is also a scientific collaborator in a United States Antarctic Program project studying the effect of climate change on the embryonic stages of Antarctic fish species.

Mark Graham is the Vice President of Research and Collections at the Canadian Museum of Nature. Mark’s professional experience extends to research in experimental biology and as a museum executive. He has worked in the museum community for the past 29 years, initially at the Vancouver Aquarium and currently at the Museum of Nature. As a researcher, Mark has explored the marine environments on all three coasts of Canada. Much of his time now is spent strategizing and planning for better conservation of biological diversity and for improved museum operations.
