Everytime I try to get this recall issue resolved bmw says they don't have parts like wtf!?

Does this apply to the i7? Leased an i7 and they won’t release it till the “stop sale” is lifted…

My x1 m35i brakes sound HORRIBLE and I’ve only had the vehicle for 8 months only 5k miles on it, I’m at the BMW dealership and they are trying to tell me that it’s normal, that’s BS! Something needs to be done about this because as I see my x1 isn’t the only one squeezing and grinding
