I got very depressed when I was only 14 which took me 2 years to get better, I went to some clinic at 15 and eventually I found more happiness and hope for the future.
I've also noticed that it's hard for people to understand my situation unless they were going through the same kind of thing.
I'm 19 now and I must say after these years I am still dealing with anxiety and stress problems and I'm not as independent or confident so even small things are a huge issue for me like taking the train, going to the store on my own or starting college. I feel like ever since I was really young I wasn't doing so well in life and it's still not so good and I pray that that may change for me as well soon.
