Ah the 80s and the 90s...Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Queen, Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Metallica, Bryan Adams, Shania Twain...I'm 21 but I have to admit that music of today is so damn boring and there isn't any great rock band and no big solo artists...ariana grande, billie eilish, selena gomez, bieber, ed sheeran can only dream, they will never be at the same level as those immortal legends

Does this guy ever do a bad cover? He's covered just about everyone, from the Beatles to Dr Hook, Elvis to Simon and Garfunkel, and he's always done it brilliantly, sometimes better than the original in my opinion!

Thank you Bob Dylan for inspiring Jon to make the soundtrack of Young Guns II in 1990

They each have their own style. Bob Dylan did a great thing writing this song. Axl and Jon just did it their way. Both awesome. Love them both

What Jon shows in this performance is his soul. What he's doing is indescribable. Honestly, this Live Version can't be compared to a Studio Version. Many other bands or solo artists have covered Knockin' On Heaven's Door, but Guns N' Roses version is by far the most popular version of this Bob Dylan classic. My guess is they both (Axl & Jon) enjoy each other's proficiency in their differing styles...

What's really brutal is when you have rights taken away, honors overlooked and and more is lost. For some of us this song hits home with a true story in a world filled with lies and worse. Whoever you are, whatever you're going through, find something you can do after the strife and loss. Each year take in something new to outgrow what this world tried to tear you down to. Meet others along the way who recognize your morals and your pains so you grow and they can too. All is not lost unless you let it be. Ensure your story is known somewhere somehow to help others or at the very least beat your enemy in some significant way, even if that's just escape and growth.

Sounds great but he always does with or without his band just proves he is a talented musician how many people can play guitar and sing as good as that for all you doubters out there who say he can't he truly can this proves it

Everyone is good! Dylan made history with the song, but only Axl made a miracle out of the song. His performance cannot be compared to these two! Five levels of voice change in that song, one is W. Axl Rose !!!
